"I switched over to this State Farm Agency many years ago after they were kinder to me than my own AAA agent after I got hit by the State Farm's client. They have incredibly kind people running their customer service. Any time I need anything, they deal with it swiftly and without any hassle. After my Mother was in a bad accident in my vehicle, I called them and their first question was "How is your Mom doing?" They were kind, made everything simple, and I wasn't made to feel like a nuisance because I had to file a claim. Never worked with better people. Highly recommended!"

I would stay with this office even if my pricing went up because they are such prompt, professional, and wonderful people to work with. "Please see the Yelp review as there was not even close enough space allowed here to go into details of the multiple issues I have encountered with the agency. The Yelp review has a detailed description. Topics: lack of accountability, lack of ongoing customer support to avoid concerns, time consuming without results or corrections by staff. Defensiveness and lack of or avoidance of using subject matter knowledge."

"The best rate that I have been able to obtain was through Beth at Thomas' office! She matched the coverage (and exceeded it) through my previous company for less than what we were paying! "I was with State Farm for more than 9 years started with them for 220$ and then they kept raising the price until it got to $340 all of the sudden they tried to make it 480 a month so I start looking around and ask some friends and they referred me to another company and I got better plan for $305 and they matched the state farm policy and they added more stuff too for 175 a month les than State Farm . Just wondering why and how this big difference and why they couldn’t do that to me when I mentioned that’s I’m going to shop around to get covered with another company."
