"I was with State Farm for more than 9 years started with them for 220$ and then they kept raising the price until it got to $340 all of the sudden they tried to make it 480 a month so I start looking around and ask some friends and they referred me to another company and I got better plan for $305 and they matched the state farm policy and they added more stuff too for 175 a month les than State Farm . Just wondering why and how this big difference and why they couldn’t do that to me when I mentioned that’s I’m going to shop around to get covered with another company."

"Honestly this is the go to place for insurance. I've had other insurance and not one has been as helpful as this one. Hard times come and all you need to do is talk to them. They'll work with you to find a way to help keep you covered on the road. I'm 24 and hadn't had insurance for a while and only pay 126$ a month. Plpd, comprehensive, and life are all covered in that. As for the staff, they're all great, very friendly and professional. I don't think I'll be switching anytime soon."

"They had screwed up my son's auto insurance and over charged him between $150 and $200 each month! Staff poorly trained and Thomas does not take accountability for his office and refused to offer any refund much less an apology!! Basically it's the "not our problem " attitude!! Due to the major office errors and extremely high insurance we have changed to Farm Bureau and saved $110 a month!!! If anyone wants to save money cancel insurance with Thomas and call Farm Bureau!! In response to you wanting to discuss this in detail we already did! Your office messed up you refused to take care of the problem. I've been talking to your office since the beginning of April and you just finally decided to call me on 5-5-21!"
